Closures

  • Zippers

    Zippers—you know 'em, you love 'em, and they don't take much explaining. While they may be heavier than clips, they're familiar & fast, making them a great option for someone wanting maximum convenience.

  • Clips

    Our proven draft-free color-coded clip system is nearly weightless compared to zippers. Our clip quilts and sheets also offer versatility since any clip quilts can be paired will any clip sheets, allowing you to mix-and-match as needed to build your perfect setup.

Footbox Styles

  • Fast Footbox™

    Unlike sewn footboxes that restrict your movement and do not vent, Zenbivy’s patent-pending Fast Footbox™ uses a single clip that allows it to expand for more space or narrow for more warmth.

  • Convertible Footbox

    The convertible footbox is proven draft-free and offers maximum versatility around camp. Use it in “mummy mode” for more warmth, “wide more” for more space, or completely flat. Convertible quilts are compatible with our Duvet Covers for use at home.

Fabrics

  • 50D Polyester Pongee

    Our legendary 50D Pongee fabric is pure luxury. It's both durable, soft and—most importantly—has a similar feel to a sheet you would use at home, bringing a familiar kind of comfort to camp.

  • 20D Nylon Taffeta

    20D fabrics are much softer than traditional ultralight technical fabrics while being only a fraction heavier. They’re buttery-smooth, comfortable, durable, and worth the minuscule weight penalty. 

  • 10D Pertex® Quantum

    Other backpacking quilts use thin, sticky fabrics that cling to you like plastic wrap in damp or warm conditions. To maximize comfort, Zenbivy Ultralight Quilts use premium “full-dull” Pertex® Quantum. Feather-light and soft to the touch, it's fabric that feels like fabric, not a trash bag.

    Our premium 700 fill-power HyperDRY™ down from ALLIED Feather + Down uses a natural wax-based compound to make it water-resistant. It is durable, fluorocarbon-free, and RDS (Responsible Down Standard) compliant.

    Goose down is a premium alternative for those who are sensitive to duck down. 900 fill-power ExpeDRY™ goose down from ALLIED Feather + Down is simply the lightest and the best.

    ExpeDRY™ is the future of performance and sustainability, using a chemical-free bonding of non-toxic gold particles to the down clusters to aid in evaporation so the down dries faster and stays dry in high humidity conditions.
