When will my order ship?

We ship Monday-Saturday.

UK orders which are placed before 3pm Monday-Friday and before 10am on Saturday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after these cut-off times are shipped the following business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. If you don't receive this email within 2 business days, please check the spam/promotional folders of your inbox.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all UK orders.

What is the delivery lead time?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is a 2-3 day service to all UK addresses.
